Today’s featured art is The Big Game on Halloween Night by Rob Peters
Last night was the football championship game for my grandson. He is 11 years old and at that age, boys tend to remind me a bit of werewolves … one minute sweet as he can be and the next biting my head off snarling … hormones already. This is the perfect illustration for this post
very well done drawing and brings a big grin to my face … it is not just for Halloween in my mind.
This is the last year my grandson will play in this league … next year he has to try out for the jr high school football team … this is the third year he has played football in this league. Each year, he has been on a different team. This is the third time he has been in a championship game … twice before his team lost … this year … THEY WON!!!!
Hooray Lions! The coaches were excellent and encouraged team playing, team spirit and improving your skills. The team is now undefeated for the season.
Congratulations Lions!
